Logan & Associates, Inc. is a private consulting engineering and surveying firm with 17 employees, located at 300 N. Church Road, Suite 100, Liberty, Missouri 64068. Logan & Associates, Inc. performs the following types of consulting engineering, inspections of commercial and resindential projects and surveying work.

Commercial and industrial developments, residential subdivisions, Engineer design and design of all of the improvements of grading, erosion control, sanitary sewer, water mains, storm sewer, streets and storm water runoff.  Surveying for the layout of the subdivisions and construction staking for all improvements.

Preparation of plans for planning and zoning of the subdividions and individual lots, commercial and residential.

Large tract surveys in the various counties of Ray, Clay, Platte, Jackson, Clinton, Buchanan, Johnson, Gentry, Lafayette, DeKalb, Daviess, Caldwell, Grundy and Sullivan, all in Missouri, to name a few.

We have been involved in theKansas City, Missouri 3rd party residential inspections for footings, walls, garage and basement slabs since its beginning in October of 1995. We have attended all of their seminars and classes leading up to the implementation of the program.  We have attended all of the seminars that have been held while the 3rd party inspections have been in use. We perform these inspections throughout the Kansas City, Missouri metroplex.

We have donet he same type of inspections int eh City of Liberty, City of Raytown, City of Lee’s Summit, City of Blue Springs, City of Grandview, City of Platte City, City of Kearney, City of Lathrop, City of Richmond, City of Pleasant Valley, Village of Claycomo, and Coutnies of Clay, Ray, Platte, Clinton and Jackson.
